At Newtown Garage, we are seeking a skilled Car Mechanic/MOT Tester to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with our manufacturing warranty requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance to new and used vehicles
  • Report faults and service requirements to customers and colleagues
  • Undertake vehicle road testing for diagnosis and assessment

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
  • Experience within a busy workshop or main dealership environment
  • Expertise in service, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Must have own tools and a clean driving license
