Job Overview

Hireful is looking for a Production and Quality Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing quality control, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement quality control standards, manage employee tasks, absence, performance, and training.
  • Manage the production schedule, purchase materials, and plan inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and BRC Regulations.
Requirements:
  • Production management experience with a focus on quality control.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety and BRC Regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires flexibility and willingness to work at our site during peak times.
