About the Role

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing CVs, building relationships with candidates, and matching them with client job specifications. You will work closely with our team to identify and recruit top talent for our engineering clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Learn and interpret engineering job specifications to match candidates with suitable roles
  • Utilize online job boards and recruitment software to find and manage candidate CVs
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to ensure candidates meet client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Word and Outlook
