Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct unscripted telephone appointment making and data cleansing activities
  • Research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of our clients
  • Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients to discuss product specifications and book appointments with relevant prospects
  • Complete data cleansing activities and accurately enter details into our system
  • Carry out market research into various industries to provide input into lead generation campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls
  • Must be able to speak English fluently
  • Must have a clear and professional telephone voice
  • I.T. Literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Understanding of working to targets and meeting deadlines
  • Local to the area or able to commute easily

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous Market Research or Contact Centre experience would be highly desirable
