**Job Title:** Corporate Services Consultant

**Company Overview:** As a community-based association in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing operates in one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in Scotland. We provide over 3100 homes and deliver a factoring service to over 700 owner occupiers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the Board and report directly to the Chief Executive.
  • Lead on effective governance, including undertaking the roles of Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.
  • Oversee the delivery of corporate functions including organisational Health & Safety, performance reporting, facilities management, information management, and communications.

**Benefits:** As a full member of Employers in Voluntary Housing, this role offers a competitive salary banding and an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata), and access to a contributory pension scheme.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is £51,831 - £54,383 per annum.
