Senior Restaurant Manager

At Pedros Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shop Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our standard operating procedures.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, purchasing, and ordering to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.
