Senior Restaurant Manager

At Pedros Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shop Manager to lead our restaurant team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food quality and Pedros Standard Operating Procedures are consistently met, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock control, purchasing, and orders, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and maintain exceptional customer service levels, fostering a positive dining experience.
- Profitability: Maximize profitability by meeting sales and GP% targets, motivating staff to achieve excellence.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, including discipline and work rosters, ensuring a productive and efficient team.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to drive the restaurant forward, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing activities, introducing promotion and incentive programs to drive sales.
- Customer Relations: Manage customer service relations, addressing complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Staff Development: Implement training programs for staff development, conducting regular structured staff meetings.
- Recruitment: Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the team, increasing productivity and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant and fast-food service.
- GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
