Maintenance and Repair Expert

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Calibre Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on fabric and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites, with an emphasis on high-quality fabric and plumbing repairs.
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, including wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, and ceiling tile replacement.
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as replacing taps, TMVs, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Conduct electrical work, including wiring in replacement appliances, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle, following all relevant safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance and repair role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric and plumbing repair techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with regular face-to-face interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service delivery.
  • Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
