About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our R&A team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular environmental assurance audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote environmental awareness.
  • Provide industry-leading customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Environmental degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Qualified in an Environmental Certificate IEMA, with proven previous experience in an operational setting.
  • Continuous improvement ability and experience in simplifying processes and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
