Job Details

We're looking for a skilled Flight-Critical Actuator Specialist to work at our Wolverhampton-based Global Sustainment repair station. Our team focuses on creating intricate mechanical products that require precision and expertise.

Main Duties
  • Identify and rectify issues with flight-critical actuators, documenting findings and recommendations
  • Construct precise assemblies of valves, manifolds, and actuators from technical specifications and maintenance guides
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and take ownership of the repair process, ensuring safe release of serviced actuators
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a relevant apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assembly and testing processes
  • Prior experience in a repair station environment within an aerospace quality framework is advantageous
