About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our team at Carrot Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve salesforce effectiveness and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource allocation and streamline processes
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to refine customer engagement strategies and improve sales performance
  • Support decision-making related to Customer Facing Team activities through detailed data analysis and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and business metrics analysis
  • Offer strategic insights during business reviews, account planning, and other key discussions
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and field-based roles in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights and drive business decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., ABPI, IPHA)
  • Proactive communication skills, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams
