The Role


This position is central to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of customer-facing teams. Key responsibilities include:


  • Delivering actionable insights to improve salesforce effectiveness
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource allocation
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to refine customer engagement strategies
  • Provide analysis to improve salesforce and other customer-facing roles (e.g., MSL, market access)
  • Support decision-making related to Customer Facing Team activities through detailed data analysis
  • Collaborate with Data Insights & Analytics teams to develop dashboards for performance tracking
  • Offer insights during business reviews, account planning, and other strategic discussions
  • Produce ad-hoc reports on business metrics and performance as required


You


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, analytical environment. They should bring a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience working alongside field teams and a deep expertise in data-driven decision-making. You should have:


  • Experience working with sales teams and field-based roles
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., ABPI, IPHA)
  • Proactive communication skills, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams
  • Experience monitoring and improving sales processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
