Job Description
As a qualified Bank Staff member, you will support nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Your primary role will be to engage children in entertaining and educational play activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones while ensuring their safety throughout the day. You will work as part of a larger team to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, promoting child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both with children and adults, and have a sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.
