Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintenance Management: Receive and allocate maintenance jobs, manage and process invoices, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Communication: Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure prompt and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Inspections and Move-Ins: Organize inspections, end of tenancy check-outs, and deposit returns, as well as manage tenancy move-ins and inventories.
  • Complaint Resolution: Offer resolution for complaints or issues raised by tenants or landlords.
  • Team Management: Manage maintenance teams and third-party contractors for responsive and planned maintenance.
