We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are happy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they meet high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and manage any arrears, maintaining a positive relationship with tenants.
  • Stay up to date with property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties comply with relevant standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property management activities, providing valuable insights for the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in property management or residential lettings, with a strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with property management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up to date with changes and updates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • A valid UK driving license, with the ability to travel to properties as needed.
