Operations Manager

Walker Lovell is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead their production site in Yorkshire, UK. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility's operations and implementing new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 35 employees and drive efficiency, safety, and collaboration.
  • Manage technical manufacturing processes and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the company's future and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a production or operations environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing technical manufacturing processes.
  • Strong HR acumen and ability to manage employee relations and change management.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt to new technologies.
