About the Role

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to contribute to our dynamic team focused on delivering innovative regulatory reporting solutions. You will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying applications that meet stringent regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust Java-based applications to address complex regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and other developers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to business users, translating their requirements into functional applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Java development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in software development tools such as Git and Jira.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Big Data processing platforms is highly desirable.
