About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor to our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our manufacturing processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with our design teams, technical experts, and operations team to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in manufacturing engineering, including experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, statistical process control, and quality tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of driving and managing improvements through to completion, using the Plan, Do, Check, Act approach.
