Requirements:
- Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
- Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
- Technical/Mechanical ability or experience
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
- Good time management
- A current valid driving licence
