Job Title: Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our members, including gym floor supervision, appointments, and coaching sessions. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver gym floor supervision and coaching sessions to members
• Undertake gym appointments, including welcome workouts, personal plans, and plan reviews
• Provide advice and guidance to members on equipment usage and exercise technique
• Assist with the membership sales process and promote group exercise participation
• Meet agreed performance KPI targets set by the Operations Manager

Experience:

• Similar work environment

Qualifications:

• L2 Fitness Instructing

• Genuine interest in health and fitness
• Knowledge of behaviour change and goal setting

• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer competent, MS Office software and email
