Fitness Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Wave Leisure Trust. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members, providing supervision of the gym floor, and undertaking various gym appointments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver fitness programs and services to members, including group training sessions and personal training.
• Supervise the gym floor and ensure a safe and clean environment for members.
• Undertake various gym appointments, including welcome workouts, personal plans, and plan reviews.
• Provide advice and guidance to members on the safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fitness programs and services.
• Contribute to the creation of content for websites and social media platforms.
• Assist in the organization of special events and promotions.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification.
• Experience working in a similar environment.
• Desirable qualifications include Personal Training, Exercise Referral, and CIMSPA registration.

Specialist Knowledge:

We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine interest in health and fitness and is able to undertake preventative maintenance on equipment.

Skills:

We are looking for a candidate who is computer competent and able to use MS Office software and email.

Other:

We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and able to follow Wave Active Limited's Policies and Procedures.
