About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Affinity Water. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating our brand image, messaging, and narrative to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our brand and content strategy to drive awareness and engagement with our customers.
  • Manage our brand assets, identity, tone of voice, messaging styles, and design guidelines to ensure all content is on brand and regulatory compliant.
  • Organize and attend brand photoshoots to capture high-quality visual content.
  • Develop and create engaging content for publishing, including infographics, podcasts, videos, social content, and webinars.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet overall business objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of our brand through key performance indicators (KPIs) and work closely with the Research & Insights team to measure brand awareness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, with a focus on content marketing and strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of video production and editing techniques, as well as experience with content calendars and brand guidelines.
