Are you a qualified Solicitor looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Residential Conveyancing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd in Stirlingshire.

This role offers the chance to work with a fantastic small firm known for its friendly atmosphere, hands-on approach, and flexible hybrid working options. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for leading on Residential Conveyancing matters, managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, and providing legal advice to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on Residential Conveyancing matters with the opportunity to involve yourself in Commercial and Private Client work if desired.
  • Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending the legal documentation involved in property transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in property law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing - will consider from NQ Level and above.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of Residential Conveyancing law and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
