Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Conveyancing Solicitor position within a fantastic small firm known for its friendly atmosphere, hands-on approach, and flexible hybrid working options.

This role not only provides an excellent career opportunity but also comes with the potential for partnership, as part of the firm's succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading on Residential Conveyancing matters with the opportunity to involve yourself in Commercial and Private Client work if desired.
  • Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending the legal documentation involved in property transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in property law.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing - will consider from NQ Level and above.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
