We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Professional to join our Executive team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Administration Professional, you will provide administrative support to our Governance, Risk and Assurance Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our Governance Framework, Assurance Framework, and Risk Management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration of the Governance, Risk and Assurance Manager's tasks, including creating agendas, circulating papers, attending meetings, and taking and writing up notes/actions from meetings.
- Assist with the completion of Subject Access Requests and similar data requests.
- Work with the Business Improvement and Performance analyst to maintain and improve systems to ensure that Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and other Management Information is collected, recorded, and reported in line with business requirements.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about data analysis and has excellent attention to detail. You will have a willingness to learn about different aspects of our company and be interested in learning about the principles of governance, risk, and assurance.
You will enjoy developing effective relationships and communicating with others. You will have good IT skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
