Telemarketing Team Leader

Our client, ARL Recruitment Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Team Leader to join their innovative marketing agency. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the existing telemarketing team and contributing to account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Facing:
    • Maintain and develop customer relationships
    • Meet with new and existing clients to create campaign briefs
    • Provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure campaign goals are met
    • Generate new business through networking or telemarketing
    • Supplement telemarketing efforts as needed
  • Team Management:
    • Coach and motivate the telemarketing team
    • Ensure sales targets are met
    • Recommend training and development for the team
    • Handle inbound customer calls and monitor call quality
    • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to directors regularly
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business, account management, telemarketing, and team management
  • Full driving license and well-maintained vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
