Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments, producing comprehensive reports that inform treatment decisions.
- Administer prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
- Work closely with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care plans are complete and maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills, promoting best practices in nursing.
- Current valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient recovery and risk management.
