Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Police Staff Investigator to join our Serious and Organised Crime Unit (SOCU) based in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing your investigation skills, intelligence development, and tackling serious and organised crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective investigation strategies to tackle serious and organised crime
  • Collaborate with experienced peers to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Take on different roles depending on the crime under investigation, including officer in case and disclosure officer
  • Support the major crime team and the wider force on dynamic aspects of their investigation
  • Contribute to the development of intelligence and investigation techniques
Requirements
