We're a leading provider of home care services, committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you'll be working with a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if they were their own family.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care duties, such as helping with daily tasks and administering medication
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for, which is why our role offers flexibility to work around your own home life. You can choose between full-time or part-time work, and we'll require you to be flexible with us too - working some evenings and alternate weekends.
In return, we offer a competitive rate of £13ph - £20.00, as well as:
- A 70p travel allowance (combined travel pay and mileage)
