Job Title: Care Assistant - Home Care

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will be working with older adults in their own homes, providing support with daily activities, medication, and companionship. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing simple meals and light household duties
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Accompanying clients on shopping trips and social calls
- Supporting clients with medication and other daily tasks
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Access to a reliable vehicle, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes
