As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to children and young people with developmental and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for children and young people with developmental and complex needs.
  • Provide specialist therapy input into clinical services within a designated area/team.
  • Contribute to embedding the Care Aims approach used within our service.
  • Work in an integrated way with therapy colleagues to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Be involved in the development and delivery of training packages.
  • Contribute to embedding universal and targeted strategies within specialist resource settings.
