Job Title: Guest Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Assistant to join our housekeeping team at Splendid Hospitality Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service hotel bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our hotel's policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests
