We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Nurse Plus. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in the Hastings area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Service Users and Care Workers
  • Handling initial enquiries from prospective service users and their families
  • Rostering staff for service delivery
  • Liaising with other professionals involved in service users' care
  • Assisting with recruiting new care workers
  • Monitoring and carrying out supervisions and appraisals of care workers
  • Supporting the handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints
  • Ensuring service standards align with CQC expectations

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license is essential
  • Good communicator with ability to build strong relationships
  • Flexible and calm under pressure
  • Well organized with multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, confident and helpful telephone manner
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to work independently
