Network and Device Support Professional

About the Job:
TECHSPACE 360 LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Network and Device Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and installing networks, including unified communication systems and operating systems in laptops and PCs with Windows, macOSX & Linux software-based repairs and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and install networks, including unified communication systems and operating systems in laptops and PCs with Windows, macOSX & Linux software-based repairs and troubleshooting.
- Provide cost estimates and tentative dates for repair work completion.
- Repair and service mobile devices.
- Plan and assemble equipment (mobile & computer) for servicing work in advance.
- Maintain all pertinent repair and testing tools and appliances in proper working condition.
- Determine parts to be replaced and provide cost estimates prior to starting any work.
- Update administration on progress of troubleshooting and initial cost estimates when necessary.
- Observe regular work schedules to achieve optimum productivity.
- Carry out final functional tests to ensure quality of repair is met.
- Accurately record all completed work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Wide knowledge and proficiency in PC software like Microsoft WIN 10, Office/Mailer and Antivirus.
- Practical and technical skills for mobile repair.
- Problem-solving skills for mobiles and computers.
- General knowledge and experience in PC hardware, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Cisco.
- Switch/Router/IPT and Firewall Products Hands-on skills of O365, Azure, Windows.
- AD administration, Cisco Switch/Router/IPT and Palo Alto Firewall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Relevant experience in mobile and computer repair.
