Job Summary">

The Compliance Consultants Team Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our Compliance Consultancy Team and ensuring member compliance consultancy services are delivered within agreed SLAs. This role involves managing and developing the team, while operating as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and develop the team.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular reviews of Members regulatory processes and systems and controls.
  3. Member Support: Provide high-quality consultancy support and guidance to Members.
  4. Reporting and Monitoring: Monitor and report on Network Member regulatory activity undertaken.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Extensive knowledge of the FCA and key regulatory regimes applicable to general insurance. Experience of working in compliance consultancy role within a general insurance intermediary.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, relationship building, communication, and time management skills.
