About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a range of planned and reactive tasks, with a particular focus on plumbing repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive and remedial plumbing repairs and installations as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
  • Conduct minor building fabric repairs as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with a diverse client base.
  • Submit documentation accurately and promptly, both in hard copy and electronically.
  • Use electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Solve complex technical mechanical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards, including conducting risk assessments for every task.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent, at least 3 years experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems, and a current Full UK Drivers License. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card is also required.
