Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland, and deer management.
- Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management.
- Experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
