Job Title: Land Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Consultant to join our team at The CLR Group. As a Land Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for our clients, working closely with our development team to identify and secure suitable sites for development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and acquiring land for development projects
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to identify potential development opportunities
  • Working with our development team to secure planning permissions and other necessary approvals
  • Managing relationships with landowners and other stakeholders
  • Providing regular updates and reports to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in land acquisition and development
  • Strong knowledge of the property market and development industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
