Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant
As a Senior Care Assistant at Oak Springs, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live enriched and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personalized care and support with daily activities, including personal hygiene, eating, and mobility.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Encouraging residents to engage in their hobbies and interests, tailoring activities to their individual preferences and abilities.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order within the care home environment.
- Supervising and mentoring junior care assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Contributing to care planning, record-keeping, medication administration, and other administrative tasks.
