Network Transformation Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our rapidly growing technology company, OCC Computer Personnel. As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the implementation and delivery of customer solutions across Network, Cloud, and Security projects.

This is a hands-on role in which you will manage a variety of projects, from small to large, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations. You will lead and manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously with accountability for delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own all project documentation, including Gantt charts, project plans, RAID logs, and highlight reports.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by applying different project methodologies/frameworks based on specific project needs.
  • Assist in maturing business and delivery processes within the PMO function.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Telecommunications/Service Provider environment, delivering network services.
  • Strong background in managing network delivery and/or transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with WAN, LAN, Data Centre, and security projects.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred); Agile certification/experience is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to visit client sites when needed.
