Paralegal - Asset Finance Specialist

The Real Estate Securitisation team at Anthony Collins Solicitors is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team. As a Paralegal - Asset Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping national clients, including Housing Associations and charitable organizations, mortgage their property assets as security.
The team is exposed to various funding types, from high street bank lending to debt capital markets and bond issues. Your work will involve large portfolio charging of client housing stock, ranging from 500 dwellings to several thousand. This fast-paced role requires a high degree of accuracy, organization, and team working skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review title documentation of the portfolio of dwellings (leasehold and freehold titles);
- Analyse the planning history of the portfolio and review other searches to identify matters adversely affecting the properties;
- Assist the team on aspects of the securitisation process with the aim of eventually being able to draft certificates of title independently;
- Work closely with other teams within the firm, engaged in banking, funding, and development.
