Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the land/development team, including feasibility studies and site viability reports.
  • Identify external consultant needs and manage relationships with consultants.
  • Coordinate the appointment of utilities, including designs, quotes, and agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of key status reports and updates on KPIs relating to the Technical function.

The successful candidate will also have good technical and legal knowledge, financial/commercial awareness, and organisational skills.
