About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Poole store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching and developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize sales.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,200 per annum, plus a bonus scheme.
