Job Title: Senior Engineering Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Trainer to join our team at Educated Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programmes to engineering apprentices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering education, with experience of teaching and training individuals in a vocational setting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and deliver training programmes to meet the needs of engineering apprentices.
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing feedback and guidance as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training and development programmes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in engineering education.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
