Electrical Trainer and Instructor Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as an Electrical Trainer and Instructor. As a key member of the training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to delegates participating on High Voltage Operator as well as other industry-related electrical skills training for safety.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience as an electrical engineer from an industrial background and be confident and competent with high voltage electrics up to 11KV. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with delegates of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to delegates on High Voltage Operator and other industry-related electrical skills training for safety
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives
- Provide feedback and coaching to delegates on their performance and progress
