Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President of Security GRC. As a trusted partner to the business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new GRC function from the ground up. Your expertise in security GRC leadership, people management, and partnership will be instrumental in driving our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth, ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
  • Design and implement processes to monitor, report, and mitigate risks, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience at the most senior levels.
  • Previous security GRC leadership experience at an executive level within a global corporate or large-scale regulated control environment.
  • Specific experience in developing and implementing a new GRC function from the ground up.
