Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President of Security GRC. As a trusted partner to the business, you'll drive the development and implementation of our GRC function, leveraging your expertise to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our GRC strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, regulators, and external partners.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of effective GRC processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, while maintaining a strong focus on security and compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience at the most senior levels.
  • Previous security GRC leadership experience in a global corporate or large-scale regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement new GRC functions from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
