About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as an Industry Placement Officer. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week over 52 weeks with 30 days annual leave. A job share would be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate New Opportunities: Develop and establish new placement and work experience opportunities, while being the key point of contact for employers hosting students on work placement.
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring these relationships are sustainable and beneficial for all parties.
  • Liaise with Teaching Staff: Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure work placements provide appropriate opportunities for learners to progress in both technical and work-related skills development, relevant to their chosen vocational sector.
