The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from partners by proactively following up on overdue balances, resolving any underlying issues with a problem-solving approach, and striving for mutually beneficial resolutions.

Key responsibilities include handling invoices, credit notes, and accruals in Workday and our in-house billing systems, keeping ledgers tidy, accurate, and up-to-date, and ensuring bad debt provisions are always accurate.

Additionally, the role involves diving into the dynamic world of KYC and credit checks for new partners, engaging with credit insurers to secure vital credit insurance cover, allocating payments, prepayments, and deposits, and setting up and maintaining partner records in our systems.

Collaboration with Commercial teams is essential to foster alignment and drive business growth, as well as contributing to the evolution of Skyscanner's credit policy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the wider finance team and other collaborators.

A salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
