Job Title: Adult Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with light housework and meal preparation
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and well-being
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior

Requirements:

  • Own transport with a valid UK driving license
  • Live in the Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Hatfield, or Welwyn areas
  • Available to work alternate weekends
